All ship and delivery dates communicated on our website or via e-mail are estimates only and are subject to change. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any shipping-related damage immediately to the carrier.

After you've place your order and proceed with checkout for payment, this is what will happen: We operate differently from other online stores, this is why we are special! Delivered from Malaysia with love! 

1. Orders will be processed 1-2 working days after successful payment. Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
2. Customers who've chosen Paypal or Credit Card method:

•  After you've checked out your items, kindly proceed with Payment via Paypal or credit card.
• You will then receive an email notification of your successful payment.
• We will proceed with processing your order.

At mykiddieguard.com, we strive to handle your orders in the fastest and most efficient manner possible. We use International Post Malaysia. Because we cannot guarantee transit the times, we can only offer you an Estimated Delivery Time which reflects our best estimate based on average shipping times.

For choosing Express Mail : All international orders will be provided a tracking number to track their parcel. Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service. If you are not in when your package arrives, the carrier will leave a card containing details on where or how to pick up your order / rearrange delivery.
